Kathy Sells, Founder & CEO, and Carl Sells, President, A Healthy Win brings together decades of experience in leadership, service, business, and personal growth. As Maxwell Leadership Certified Team members, Kathy and Carl believe that leadership doesn't stop in the workplace — it carries into our homes, our relationships, and especially into life's most defining moments.
Their work reflects both shared purpose and distinct strengths. Kathy equips individuals to lead well through the complexities of caring for an aging parent — bringing clarity, calm, and confident decision-making to a season that often feels overwhelming. Carl draws on 40 years in the building trades to develop strong, steady leaders who value teamwork, responsibility, and results. Together, they are united in helping people grow personally and lead with integrity in every area of life.
